- Forms are available at the Admissions Office of Trinity College of Health Sciences.

- Prepare Supporting Documents
- Copies of academic certificates (MSCE or equivalent).
- Be aged between 16 and 45 years by the date of application.
- Possess a full Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent with four credits in English, Biology, and Physical Science or Physics or Chemistry, plus one of the following science subjects: Mathematics, Agriculture, Home Economics, General Science, or Geography

- Return the completed form and documents to the Admissions Office, or send them via email to admissions@trinitycollege.ac.mw
- Pay the non-refundable application fee as indicated on the form.
